Ordering, Payments & Safety
To log in to your Ottimare account, click on the login icon at the top of the screen (or on mobile devices on the icon in the drop-down menu). You will be asked to enter your email address and then you will receive a one-time verification code in your email. So, you don't have to remember a password. The next time you log in, you'll get a new code. We think that's very convenient and safe.
You can safely pay your order by using several credit or debit cards:
- Use your own banking environment with with IDEAL (Netherlands) and Bankcontact (Belgium).
- For creditcards we accept: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Carte Bancaire®, Maestro®
- Also payments via Paypal® are accepted.
Good to know: All the transactions on the Ottimare website are securely handled. We use Mollie Payments as a Payment Service Provider for save transactions.
On your bankstatement you will see the name 'Krekwerk - Ottimare'. Ottimare is a brand of a company called Krekwerk, which is registered at the Dutch Chambers of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel number 63972603).

We currently ship to a number of European countries, including Belgium, Spain, France, Luxemburg, Italy and Germany. For the complete list, read see our Shipping Policy.

After receiving your payment your products will be shipped between 1 and 3 working days.
Yes, you will receive the tracking code, so that you can track the status of your delivery.
We ship our products using the Dutch postal services of PostNL. Are you living outside the Netherlands, then your package will be handed over to the local postal operator or partner of PostNL who takes care of the delivery at your address.
In most cases your parcel can be delivered in you letterbox. But for orders with larger quantities or sizes, this might not be the case. Sometimes Ottimare might choose for the option that the parcel should be delivered personally (with a
signature for receival).
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product and ask for a refund, you have the option of returning any product ordered via Ottimare.nl within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.
At this time, it is not possible to exchange your item. It is best to return the old product as described above for return and order the new product. This is the easiest and fastest way to receive your new product.
Yes, You will have to pay for the return shipment of the product.
Make sure you always keep the receipt of shipment and the tracking codes of the postal operator. This is your prove of return.
In the case of a request for a refund, the product can be returned to Ottimare.
Return your product accompanied with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice in case of a partial return) and fill in the return form that you can download here.
Ensure that you use proper packaging for the return, so that the goods will not damage during transport. For fans, always return them in the original packaging, so that there is no chance of unfolding.
Ottimare doesn’t accept the return of products that have been used or show signs of wear.

Ottimare will refund the amount paid for the product you wish to return within 14 days after receiving the product you returned.
The amount will be returned the same way you paid for the order.
NOTE: Ensure that the product will arrive undamaged, has never have been used and doesn’t show any signs of wear or stains. In the case when a product has been damaged or used, you are not eligible for a refund.

Between placing an order and receiving the order summary can be a few minutes delay. If you still didn’t receive your summery check your Spam/unwanted mail inbox.
