International Shipments

Apart from our home country, the Netherlands, we currently ship to:

• Belgium
• France
• Luxemburg
• Germany
• Spain
• Italy

Outside European Union*

• Norway
• UK
• Switzerland

*Please note: for shipments to countries outside the European Union, local customs may charge additional fees.

Our parcels are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place)terms. This means the recipient is responsible for paying VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees. These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

When does shipment taken place?

After receiving your payment your products will be shipped between 1 and 3 working days.

How is my parcel shipped?

We ship our products using the Dutch postal services of PostNL. Are you living outside the Netherlands, then your package will be handed over to the local postal operator or partner of PostNL who takes care of the delivery at your address.

You will receive the tracking code, so that you can track the status of your delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
